DIVERSA grew out of a five-year mentoring relationship between Randstad and Integrated Human Capital (IHC). This joint venture demonstrates how powerful the mutual benefit of mentoring can be between global companies and minority-owned businesses. While focused on mentoring and helping expand IHC's reach, the two organizations also created a platform of products and services designed to offer a broader portfolio to each other's clients. DIVERSA was created to help companies evolve their businesses in response to the changing workforce.
