DIVERSA grew out of a five-year mentoring relationship between Randstad and Integrated Human Capital (IHC). This joint venture demonstrates how powerful the mutual benefit of mentoring can be between global companies and minority-owned businesses. While focused on mentoring and helping expand IHC’s reach, the two organizations also created a platform of products and services designed to offer a broader portfolio to each other’s clients. DIVERSA was created to help companies evolve their businesses in response to the changing workforce.
Integrated Human Capital is 100% owned by Rosa Santana and is certified as a Minority and Woman owned business. IHC provides staffing and human resources services to manufacturing, utility, service, distribution, automotive, finance, legal, and healthcare industries in the United States and Mexico. Integrated Human Capital offers direct placement, temporary/contract staffing, temporary to direct hire services, professional/executive search, on-premise staff management, payrolling, skills assessment, and comprehensive employment screening services across the following sectors: administrative, technical, accounting, industrial, clerical, professional, call center, and warehousing. Integrated Human Capital, LLC was founded in 2002 by Rosa Santana, a staffing industry veteran, and is based in El Paso, Texas with additional offices in San Antonio, Austin, and Laredo, Texas as well as the Republic of Mexico.
